He was predeceased by: his parents, John Patrick and Sally Patrick. He is survived by: his wife Gloria Clark Patrick; his daughters, Lydia Patrick (Joshua Richardson), Jessica Cunningham (Jason) and Sarah Howard; his grandchildren, Jessie Patrick, Delia Richardson, Blake Richardson, Alex Cunningham, Lee Cunningham, Joy Cunningham, Preston Howard, Matthew Howard and Kaitlyn Taylor; his great grandchildren, Caroline Patrick, Everleigh Cunningham, Travis Howard, Sawyer Howard, Leland Howard, Jenny Martin, Riley Taylor and Jamison Cunningham; his siblings, Bluette Patrick and Jane Walls (Charles); his granddaughter Jillian; and his siblings, John, Manley, Juanita, Ursel, Audrey, Sally and Ester.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 24th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Howardtown Baptist Church (1663 Howardtown Rd, Tibbie, AL 36583).
