He was predeceased by: his parents, James Harry Parker, Sr. and Frances Mann Parker; his wife Patty Welch Parker; and his siblings, Patricia Parker Wyatt and Henry LeRoy Harvey.
He is survived by: his stepdaughters, Brooke Jesperson (Jase) and Amanda Phillips (Jonathan); and his siblings, Ann Parker Wilson (Rocky) and James "Sonny-Poker" Parker. He is also survived by several grandchildren, nieces, nephews and friends.
A graveside service was held on Friday, September 11th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Lakeview Memory Gardens (3800 US-431, Phenix City, AL 36867).
