He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Lee Wise, Sr. and Sara Elizabeth "Liz" Wise; and his wife Debra "Deb" Joyce Cline Wise. He is survived by: his siblings, William E. Wise of Columbus, GA, Lisa Wise Livingston (Eddie) of Smiths Station, AL and Poo Carrero (Jeff) of Smiths Station, AL; his siblings' children, Robert Edward Livingston (Tiffany), Jeffrey Carrero, Jr. (Camden), Hannah Wise and Nolan Carrero (Savannah); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Jaxon Livingston, Carter Carrero and Bexley Carrero. He is also survived by numerous cousins other loving family members and many caring friends.
