She is survived by: her children, Emery Cook (Brenda), Andrette K. Durham (Ronald) and Valerie Denise Cook; her brother James Douglas Pitts; her daughter-in-law Janet Rembert-Cook; her sister-in-law Clara Pitts; her grandchildren, Kim Cook, Kelly Cook, Robert Cook (Lucia), Kisha Cook, Alexus Cook, Arroyn Cook (Bianca) and Eric Cook; her great grandchildren, Ahjane Hatcher, Ahmad Daniels, Aaron Cook, Kiarrah Cook, Kaleb Cook and Napoleon Cook; and her great great grandchild Adonis Taylor. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and lifelong friends.
