He was predeceased by: his parents, Augusta Virginia Weaver and Melton McCall Weaver; his daughters, Angel Weaver and Dorothy Howell; and his siblings, Vera Snow, Lula Belle Henderson, Mary Ann Potts Hicks and Rodney Weaver.
He is survived by: his wife Carol; his children, Patrick Weaver, Courtney Weaver, Ashley Weaver Field, Brittney Weaver, Regina Morris, Marilyn Martin, Christopher Weaver, Arrie Lee Weaver, Jr., Milton Weaver, Leona Cox, Cora Armstrong, Angela Martin, Tammy Blakely and Darryl Weaver; and his siblings, Melton Weaver, Jr. (Theresa), Johnny, Shirley Weant (Charles), Annie Reed and Claudette Sherman (John). He is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews.
