He is survived by: his granddaughter Hannah Kula; his great grandchild Kamil Kula; his stepson Mark Clifford (Lori); his siblings, Eddie Ruth Harrison, Allen "Al" Middleton, Betty Turberville (Dan), Judy Reid, Melvin Middleton (Carol) and Margaret Webb (David); his son-in-law Joseph "Joey" Kula; and his brother-in-law John Tatum. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
