He is survived by : his daughter Christi Wade (Chad); his stepchildren, Jennifer Chaney and Gerad Culver (Rebecca); his grandsons, Zachary Culver (Alisha), Alex Wade, Justin Culver and Devin Berry; his great grandchildren, Abigail and Henry Lusk; and his siblings, Gilbert (Janie), Calvin (Jane), Randy (Candice), Andy, Billy John (Angelica), Jeri and Charlotte. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
