He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert Cook and Bonnie Lee Cook; and his brother Charles Cook. He is survived by: his wife Sandy Cook of Scottsboro, AL; and his children, Todd Hamme (Jeff) of Florida, Justin Strawn of Seattle, WA, Seth Holloway (Leah) of Rainsville, AL, Blake Holloway (Wendy) of Rainsville, AL and Cia Dempsey (Jeremy) of Dutton, AL. He is also survived by 13 Grandchildren & 4 Great Grandchildren.
