He was predeceased by : his father Harry Hill; his sisters, Angel Hill Harding and Tracy Hill Wilbourn; his stepsiblings, Richard Hill and Christy Warren; and his grandparents, PeeWee, Maggie Hill, Walter and Rebecca Tidwell.

He is survived by : his wife Susan Hill; his mother Brenda Cooper (Ray); his sons, Dwayne Hill (Trystine) and Brent Hill; his stepchildren, Jon Nicholson and LaShun Nicholson; his cousin Steven Waldrop; his grandson Jensen Hill; and his brother Ronny Hill (Norah). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
