She is survived by: her husband Frank Duncan; and her children, Wanda Lynette Gilley, Heather Michelle Piper, Jeffery Shane Jenkins, William Earl Jenkins and James Cephus Jenkins. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
