She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Lampkin and Oleta L. Lampkin. She is survived by: her husband Robert Ellis Rowe; her brother Donald Lampkin of Chidester; her children, Debra J. Palmer (James), Robert Michael Rowe (Leann) and Lisa A. Reeves (Kevin); her grandchildren, Laura Wiese (Nicholas), David Reeves (Courtney), Carson Rowe (Michael), Anna Holcomb (John), Katy Knight (Cole) and James Austin Palmer (Kelly); and her great grandchildren, Alden, Parker, Emmy, Henrik, Piper, Leila, Jacie and Morgan.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, June 3rd 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Bell Chapel Church. A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, June 3rd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Bell Chapel Church in her memory.
