She was predeceased by : her parents, Earine Jones and Eugene Tarver. She is survived by : her children, Marcus Eugene Tarver of College Park, GA and Zina Daché Merritt (Dexter) of Gaithersburg, MD; and her grandson Dexter Raphael Merritt, Jr.. She is also survived by other relatives, friends.
