She is survived by: her children, Joe Franklin (Barbara), Joan Kitchens (David) and Jan Truitt (Bob); her grandchildren, Lee Franklin, Jason Truitt, Misty Stroud, Stacey Hodges, Shawn Kitchens and Holly Hand; and her brother Quitman Tisdale. She is also survived by fourteen great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Monday, September 21st 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Colonial Funeral Home Chapel (613 14th St, Phenix City, AL 36867). A funeral service was held on Monday, September 21st 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
