He is survived by: his wife Donna Sue Swinford Ball; his sons, Michael Cowart and John Cowart; his siblings, Tammy Ball and Jimmy Newell (Zandra); his grandchildren, Jordan Cowart, Katie Lacy and Jacob Cowart; his great grandchildren, Eden Galloway, Everly Galloway, Elsie Cowart and Edward Lacy; and his close friend Odis "Big O" Cisco. He is also survived by Several Nieces and Nephews.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, July 27th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the W. T Wilson Funeral Chapel (2226 Main St Shiloh, Rainsville, AL 35986). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, July 27th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the same location.
