He is survived by : his parents, Adam Cook (Andrea Moore) and Natalie Cook (Ryan Peoples); his brother Thomas Moore of Section; and his grandparents, Jim, Linda Cameron of Southside, Betty, Mark Grogan of Fort Payne, Mike and Pam Cook of Fort Payne.
