He was predeceased by: his mother Marie Finley; his wife Janet Finley; his granddaughter Kera Grace Carlee; and his brothers, George Finley, Wayne Mills and Gerald Mills.
He is survived by: his daughters, Carmen Finley and Brittney Finley; his grandchildren, Devon Kane Bowen, Kelsey Long, Will Bowen, Wesley Bowen, Alley Bowen and Bradley Finley; his sisters, Gretcheal "Butch" Wiggins, Georgeanna Massey (Mike), Delorise Finley and Jackie Ferrell (Tim); and his pets, Wezzie and Cowboy. He is also survived by friends.
