He is survived by: his wife Christie Daniels Cummings; his children, Candy Cummings Nichols (Lee), Kellee Cummings Waters (Terry), Mary Christie Cummings Crane (Christian) and Braxton LeRoy Cummings, III (Lauren); his grandchildren, Landon Lee Nichols, Brooke Christie Waters, John Braxton Hale and Braxton LeRoy Cummings, IV; his sister Brenda Cummings Keith; and his brother-in-law Bill Daniels (Becki). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
