She was predeceased by: her father Vernon Eugene Chapman; and her stepfather B. C. Moore. She is survived by: her husband John David Summers; her daughter Kayla Summers Orvis (Jonathan); her grandson Rhett Lane; her mother Barbara Jane Chapman Moore; her siblings, Steve Chapman (Susan), Susie Chapman Nichols and Danny Chapman (Robin); her nephews, Colton Chapman, Tanner Nichols, Paul Chapman and Daniel Chapman; and her niece Gracie Chapman. She is also survived by many extended family members and dear friends.
