She was predeceased by: her parents, Noah Weaver and Laura-Bell Weaver; and her siblings, Roger, Robert Weaver, Mary Laura Barnes and Sallie Wilson.
She is survived by: her daughters, Mary Olds (Christopher) and Sandra Wade-Russell; her grandchildren, Henry L. Wade, Jr., LaShundra Weaver, Karly Bennett and Gabriel Wade; her great grandchild Ta'Leis Weaver; her brother Henry Weaver; and her close friends, Samuel Randolph and Delois Willoughby.
Viewing was held on Friday, September 11th 2026 from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM at the Aubrey Larkin's Lewis Brothers Funeral Home (1140 Minter Ave, Selma, AL 36703). The lying in state was held on Saturday, September 12th 2026 at 10:00 AM. A funeral service was held on Saturday, September 12th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Formerly Helping Hand Bible Ministries (1500 Woodrow Ave E, Selma, AL 36703). A burial was held on Saturday, September 12th 2026 at the Friendship Baptist Church-Minter (5555 Co Rd 4, Minter, AL 36761).
