He is survived by: his wife Brenda Bibbins; his children, Tonya Simmons of Montgomery, AL., Shawn Johnson of Montgomery, AL., Tamara Coleen Bibbins of Montgomery, AL. and Clarence Bibbins, Jr. (Ebony) of Columbia, SC.; his sister Gretel Thomas of Birmingham, AL.; and his siblings-in-law, Mary Tolver, Joe Tolver of Autauga and Ezzard Chappell of Autauga.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 18th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM. A funeral service was held on Saturday, September 19th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Greater Mallard Chapel AME Church (109 County Rd 9 S, Autaugaville, AL 36003).
