He was predeceased by: his parents, Luther Byrd and Consue Lawrence; his significant other Linda Lawrence (Beverly); and his siblings, L. B. Lawrence, Thomas Collins, Homer Jack Collins, Mattie Jim Matthews, Louise Ayotte and Mildred Mitchell.
He is survived by: his children, Teresa Sewell (Mark), Keith Lawrence (Rhonda) and Kevin Lawrence; his grandchildren, Christopher Sewell (Emilee) and Caitlyn Tipton (Wil); and his great grandchildren, Addison Sewell, Mara Sewell, Madison Tipton and Noah Tipton. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
