He is survived by: his wife Claudette Holley; his children, Bubba Holley (Andrea), Christy McDonald (Chad) and Patricia Pickel (Scott Swanson); his grandchildren, Lindsay Smitherman (Aaron), Haley Gates, Elizabeth Holley, Kristen Gates, Josh McDonald, Emerie Gates, Phillip McDonald and Reese Pickel; his children, Destiny McDonald and Raelynn Cruce; his great grandchildren, Adaleigh Smitherman, Caleb McDonald, Hayes Holley, Skylar Smith and Kilaina Gates; and his sisters, Emily Heflin (Duke) and Cindy Welch. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
