She was predeceased by: her parents, James E. Gilmore (Nellie Estelle Trammell) and Jody; her husband James Small, Sr.; her siblings, June Gilmore, Sonny Gilmore, Debbie Odom, Bo Gilmore and Charles Lambert; and her nephews, Steve Davis, Butch Foster and Bryant Smith.
She is survived by: her children, Jimbo Small (Vanessa), Michele Small and Whitley Chandler (Roger); her grandchildren, Ashley Small (Abigail), Robin Evans (Cody), Hunter Smith, Ivy Small, Alexis Small, Ariel Hollis (Jacob), Ezra Chandler and Kendall Mann (Haydon); and her sisters, Margarette Foster, Ethel Byrd (Robert) and Dorothy Albritten. She is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren.
