He was predeceased by: his parents, Perry Thomas Rinehart and Mary Mayton Rinehart; his brother Bobby Rinehart; and his brother-in-law Ellis Daniels. He is survived by: his wife Martha Taylor Rinehart; his children, Thomas Aaron Rinehart (Rachel) and Taylor Jennifer Beasley (Nathan Perry); his granddaughter Liliann "Lilah" Harper Rinehart; his pet Bobo; his siblings, Mary Louise Rogers (Mike), Donna Rinehart and Shirley Daniels; his sister-in-law Sharon Rinehart; and his nieces and nephews, Andrea Tuberville (Shane), Ashley Coplin (Will), Bobby Rinehart (Amy) and Steve Rinehart (Amanda). He is also survived by ten great-nieces and nephews.
