He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis Jackson Booker and Mamie Louise Booker; his sister Cissy Wade; and his parents-in-law, Travis Barnes, Jr. and Mary Barnes.
He is survived by: his wife Amy Barnes Booker; his children, Paul Booker and Mary Beth Moore (Sam); and his grandchildren, James Booker, William Booker, Emily Moore and Jacob Moore. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
