He is survived by: his wife Nellie Carroll; his children, Larry Carroll (Tammy) and Jamar Carroll Smedley; and his grandchildren, Mitchell Carroll (Heather), Anna Carroll, Kelsie Carroll, Katie Carroll and Cheney Hoffman (Bo). He is also survived by great-grandchildren.
