He is survived by: his wife Linda Collins; his children, Lori Winterberry (Grant) and Lane Collins (Kristi); his grandchildren, Lyndsey Smith (Logan), Landon Jones, Tori Coleman (Seth), Logan Jones and Ashlyn Collins; his great grandchildren, Luke Smith, Lawson Smith and Scottie Anne Coleman; and his brother Joseph Collins (Joyce). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
