She was predeceased by: her parents, Willie Perry, Sr. and Carrie Smith; and her siblings, Dora Woodyard and Collins Smith. She is survived by: her daughter Cassandra L. Bell of Birmingham, AL.; her siblings, James Perry (Brenda) of Fayetteville, NC, Betty Ann Perry (Bruce) of Beloit, AL, Willie Perry, Jr., Thomas Louis Perry and Gregory Perry of Atlanta, GA; her close friends, Geraldine Murphy and Ruth Jackson; and her caregiver Essie Pullom. She is also survived by loving nieces, nephews, cousins, neighbors.
