She was predeceased by: her parents, William Melvin Shelby Ford and Frances Margurite Lindsay Ford; her husband James Franklin Broadhead; her son William Melvin Broadhead; her sister Sharon Lanette Blue (Thomas); her grandchildren, Thomas Daniels Sims, Jason Lawrence and Tana Duke; and her nephew Larry Blue.
She is survived by: her sons, James Thomas "Pete" Broadhead (Tammy) and John Marcus "Marc" Broadhead (Juanita); her grandchildren, Chrissy Smith (Sam), Lisa Broadhead, Nathan Broadhead (Lindy), Josh Broadhead (Ashley), Jessica Edwards (Justin) and Allen Jatko (Courtney); and her great grandchildren, Lindsey MaKayla Sims, Brooke Lawrence, Robert Joseph Gordon, IV, Elizabeth Gordon, Weston Nichols, Addison Smith, James Samuel Smith, R. J. Burt, Mason Burt, Reagan Burt, Hazelyn Broadhead, Evelyn Broadhead, Raelyn Broadhead, Jeffrey Broadhead, Todd Gibbs, Davain Gibbs, Madison Jatko, Adalynn Jatko, Jason Jatko and John Jatko.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial donations be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
