He is survived by: his daughter Brenda Dyess (Johnny); his grandchildren, Christie Dyess Caylor (Terry) and Russell Dyess; his great grandchildren, Kaitlyn Page, Jacob Page, Sloane Dyess and Tacey Bennett; his siblings-in-law, Joan Tipton (Tommy), Annette Byrd and John Darrell Bang (Linda); and his cousins, Debbie Fulford, Scott Scheffield (Pam), Lena McMichael and Brody Livingston. He is also survived by nieces, nephews.
