She is survived by: her husband William Harrison Blackburn, Jr. (Bill); her daughters, Christine Blackburn McElroy (Robert) and Tina Blackburn Frostholm (Jason); and her grandchildren, Harrison McElroy, Caroline McElroy, Andrew Frostholm and William Frostholm.
