He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Sr. Stringfellow and Aurrietta Stringfellow; his son Walter "Buster" Stringfellow Jr.; his son-in-law Roy Coffman; and his siblings, Earl Stringfellow Jr., Ernest Stringfellow, Jack Stringfellow, Julia Horton, Nan Turner and Betty Mitchell.
He is survived by: his wife Michelle; his children, Gary Stringfellow (Cindy), Deanna Stringfellow, Vickie Coffman, McKenna Stringfellow, Andrew Foster, Hannah Holbrook (Jason) and Matthew Foster (Jordan); and his sister Rita Miller (Charles). He is also survived by fourteen grandchildren; seventeen great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 1st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Valhalla Funeral Home (8730 Sims Rd, Eight Mile, AL 36613). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, November 1st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Valhalla Chapel (8730 Sims Rd, Eight Mile, AL 36613). A burial will be held on Saturday, November 1st 2025 at the Stringfellow Cemetery.
