With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Antwan LaMonte Savage of Sheffield, Alabama, who passed away on September 26, 2023 at the age of 38. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his brother Dietrich Minor; his grandparents, James and Glenda Savage; and his cousin Heather Minor. He is survived by: his parents, Debarsie Minor and Anthony Savage (Teresa); his wife Elizabeth; his children, Michael, Anthony, Alhan and Princess; his siblings, Alexus Savage, Lethesia Southard (Melvin), Tomeka Armstead (Calvin), Dominique Minor and James Savage; his grandmothers, Fannie Hough (Charles) and Dorothy Minor; his great-grandparent Mattie Waits (John); his uncles, Bryant Savage and Timothy Minor; and his aunt Avis Savage-Watkins (Derwin).
He often donated to Sheffield and Florence athletic departments and led several toy drives during the Christmas season.
