She was predeceased by: her parents, George Carter and Margaret Carter; and her brother Billy (Louise Campbell). She is survived by: her husband Dan Thompson; her children, Allison Jane Bradford (Zach) and Reece Carter Thompson; her grandson Adam Tyler Bradford; and her sibling's children, Sara, Audrey McKinney, Tonya Baugh, Sam McKinney and Mason Carter.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Morrison Funeral Home - Tuscumbia (825 N Main St, Tuscumbia, AL 35674). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Heart Association, heart.org, or to St. Thomas Hospital in Nashville.
