She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Matthews and Annie Matthews; her son Thomas Morris; and her siblings, Robert Matthews, Jr., Randy Matthews, Carl Matthews, Edward Matthews and Annie Ruth Quillen.
She is survived by: her children, Rebecca Todd, Edward Morris, Jr. and Larry Morris; her brother Roy Matthews; her grandchildren, Deanna Petty, Daniel Todd, Hannah Morris, Delta Morris, Candace Hester and Kyle Morris; her great grandchildren, Katelyn, Brooklyn, Tyson, Matthew, Addison, Nathan, Trynaty, Sultan, Saxton, Bryley and Isaiah; and her great great grandchildren, Bradley and Paisley.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 3rd 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Colbert Memorial Chapel (700 US-43, Tuscumbia, AL 35674). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 3rd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
