She was predeceased by: her parents, Anthony Slack and Lillian Slack. She is survived by: her daughters, Shelly Crawford (Steve), Lisa Thompson (Parkey), Mia Wilson and Patricia Lipe (Brian); her grandchildren, Kayla, Jordan, Morgan, Micah, Logan, Megan and Sara; her great grandchild Chandler; and her brother Bruce Slack (Becky). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
