It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dennis William Simpson of Shelby, Alabama, who passed away on December 26, 2023, at the age of 65, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his father Marion Simpson; and his sister Dianne Hess. He is survived by : his wife Darlene Simpson; his mother Aliene Simpson; his children, Hollie McWhorter (Jeremy), Jessica Hester, Bryant Hester (Kyle), Shay Holder (David), Zachary Rape and Amery Robertson (Duane); and his siblings, Danny Simpson, Ricky Simpson (Vanessa), Sherry Freeman, Marcia Salisbury and Alesia Davis. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; and two great grandchildren.
