James O. Marshall Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James O. Marshall of Shelby, Alabama, who passed away on September 1, 2020, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by : his wife Eleanor Anne McQueen Marshall, his grandson Alex Cason; and his brother Howard A. Marshall. He is survived by : his children, James O. Marshall, Jr. (Margaret), Andrew R. Marshall, Leigh Anne Vajda (Perry) and Sandra Cason (David); and his grandchildren, James O. Marshall III, Alison Stanley, Scott Dougan, Ross Dougan, Charles Henry Darling (Julianne), Clara Darling, Grant Darling, Ashley Stoess (Breck), Anna Vajda, Victoria Johnson, Jacqueline Cason and John Cason (Jack). He is also survived by seven great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Jim's memory can be made to his favorite charities; Columbiana United Methodist Church-Luther Fowler Class, the Jimmie Hale Mission, The Salvation Army, or The Boy Scouts of America.
