In the sacred silence of farewell, Tammy is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that her light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of her loved ones. And as her memory is carried forward, may comfort be found in the knowledge that love is eternal, and that Tammy's spirit lives on in the beauty that surrounds us.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Billy Jackson and Laura Carter Jackson. She is survived by: her children, Glenn Langston of Shelby, Tabbie Trotter (Marshall) of Mobile and William Langston of Columbiana; her grandsons, Jacob Langston, Easton Trotter and Grayson Trotter; and her brother Kenny Schmidt of Shelby.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 6th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Ellison Memorial Funeral Home (1709 Lay Dam Rd, Clanton, AL 35045). A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 6th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Monday, October 6th 2025 at 16433 Co Rd 42, Jemison, AL 35085.
