It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gerald F. Trammell of Shorterville, Alabama, who passed away on March 22, 2024, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, George Marvin Trammell and Mattie Burke Trammell; his wife Elizabeth Phillips "Libby" Trammell; his granddaughter Kendall Bunch; and his brothers, Kenneth Trammell, Leland Trammell and Tommy Trammell.

He is survived by: his son Lee Trammell (Selena) of Navarret, FL; his brother Joe Trammell of Ocean Springs, MS; his grandchildren, William Trammell (Heather), Maria Oliva (Tony) and Jaydon Bunch; his great grandchildren, Tanner Trammell, Issabelle Oliva, Isaac Oliva, Isaiah Oliva and Illiana Oliva; and his brother-in-law Robert E. Phillips, Jr..
