It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Marion Vincent Armstrong of Silverhill, Alabama, born in Uhrichsville, Ohio, who passed away on February 6, 2023, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Samuel Armstrong and Florence Armstrong; his former life partner Jo Ann Caldwell; his siblings, William "Bud" Armstrong (Shirley), Jane Long (Ralph) and Shirley Kelly; and his brother-in-law Jack (Philip Caldwell).

He is survived by : his wife Wilda "Jean" Thorne; his children, Marion Armstrong Jr. (Jayne) and Tammy Kuba (Donald); his stepson James Thorne (Tiffany); his siblings, James Armstrong (Ginny) and Dorothy Armstrong; his grandchildren, Stephanie Krantz (David), Aaron Armstrong, Donnie Kuba (Whitney), Drew Thorne (Ellie) and Logan Thorne; and his great grandchildren, Rowan Thorne, Michael Massey, Kieran Krantz, Cecilia, Margaret and Grace Kuba.
