It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Russ Murfin of Silverhill, Alabama, born in Daphne, Alabama, who passed away on January 8, 2021, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, William R. Murfin, Sr. and Wanda Madere Murfin. He is survived by : his wife Susan Vinson Murfin of Silverhill, AL; his son Jason Murfin (Jessica) of Daphne, AL; his granddaughter Sophie; and his siblings, Brenda Murfin Blair (Terry) of Fairhope, AL, Martin J. Murfin (Twila) of Silverhill, AL, Nancy Murfin Hall (Robert) of Fairhope, AL, Martha Murfin Tauzin (Lennet) of Dallas, TX and Thelma Murfin Pierce (Andy) of Baton Rouge, LA. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
