He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry T. McNeil and Minnie Bea Eldridge McNeil; his grandson Jerad McNeil; and his siblings, Andy Clyde McNeil, Harry H. "Hubert" McNeil and Lois McNeil Harrison.
He is survived by: his wife Melba Bass McNeil; his children, Lisa Haynes (Barry) and Jonathan McNeil (Regina); his grandchildren, Brandi Clark (Owen), Amber McNeil, Amanda Wicker (Sam) and Will Haynes (Laura); and his great grandchildren, Braxton Smith, Brayden Smith, Mason Clark, Miles Clark, Adyson McNeil, Amelia McNeil, Charlotte Wicker, Henry Wicker and Lucy Haynes. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family.
