Baxley, Lloyd Baxley and Harold Baxley; and his nieces and nephews, Michael Cruce, Howell Baxley, James L. Baxley, Tim Register, Kenneth Register, Billy Gene, Edward Baxley, Linda Clayton and Yvonne Carswell.
He is survived by: his wife Mattie Bradshaw Baxley; his nieces and nephews, Phyllis Vaughn-Gadd, Daisy Wilkerson, Duane Baxley, Lenora Quimby, Renee Starrett, Martha Snyder, Myra Atwell, Billy Murphy, Tommy Baxley, Greg Baxley, Dennis Register and Pat Baxley; his caregivers, Muriel Whitehead, Sara Hall, Queen McClain and Melanie Murray; his pets, Pumpkin, Susie, Lady and Buck; Chris Gadd.
