He was predeceased by: his parents, Lehmon Hatcher and Cora Mae Glover Hatcher; his wife Mary Jane Hatcher; and his brother Edward Hatcher. He is survived by: his son Tracy Hatcher (Alicia); his grandsons, Colby Hatcher (Brittney) and Cody Hatcher (Natalie Buckles); his great grandchild Henry Reid Hatcher; and his siblings, Helen Gilstrap and Eugene Hatcher (Joyce). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, August 28th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Sorrells Funeral Home (1315 W Lawrence St, Slocomb, AL 36375). A celebration of life was held on Friday, August 28th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Chapel of Sorrells Funeral Home (1315 W Lawrence St, Slocomb, AL 36375).
Flowers will be accepted or contributions in Henry's honor may be made to the Post Oak Assembly of God Church.
