He was predeceased by: his parents, Clayton Ward and Beatrice Sawyer Ward; and his siblings, Robert Earl Ward, Patricia Ann Mixon, Wade Ward, Christine Hill, Elic Ward and Jane Ward.
He is survived by: his siblings, Billie Joe Ward, Jean Campbell, Gladys Flowers, Joan Bateman and Gregg Ward. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and other extended family.
Visitation will be held on Friday, June 27th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Chapel of Sorrells Funeral Home (1315 W Lawrence St, Slocomb, AL 36375). A celebration of life will be held on Friday, June 27th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the family.
