Sharon Helms Shiver Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Sharon Helms Shiver of Slocomb, Alabama, who passed away on June 6, 2025 at the age of 77. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John W. Helms and Eileen Turner Helms; her husband Franklin Shiver; her son Brian Shiver; and her brothers, John W. Helms, Bill Helms and James Helms.
She is survived by: her daughter Michele Shiver; her grandchildren, Erin Shiver and Jacob Shiver (Alex); her great grandchild Jayce Shiver; her daughter-in-law Melena Shiver; and her sisters-in-law, Alicia Shiver, Gloria Helms, Janice Helms and Debbie Helms. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and other extended family.
A graveside service was held on Thursday, June 26th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Glad Tidings Assembly of God.
