He was predeceased by: his parents, John H. Lamb (Susan) and Mildred Howe; his stepmother Susan Lamb; his wife Barbara Troxel Lamb; his sister Myra Turnbow; his son Lewis Metivier; his grandson Brett Metivier; and his son-in-law Ren Davis.
He is survived by: his daughters, Kerry Wheeler, Deborah Davis and Michelle Duke; and his grandchildren, Amber Mize (Kevin), Wendy Womack (Tanner), John Michael Shook (Shashana), Renagado Davis, Summer Mamoran (Ricky) and Jeseka Taylor. He is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren; several other family members and friends.
A burial will be held on Tuesday, June 17th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Lakeview Memory Gardens (3800 US-431, Phenix City, AL 36867).
