She is survived by: her children, Everett Wimberly (Valerie) of Phenix City, AL and LaWanda Johnson (Clarence) of Ellenwood, GA.; her grandchildren, KaTora Wimberly, Justin Wimberly, Adriyana Williams, Kenneth Wimberly, Lawaun Williams, Quinton Wimberly and Breonna Wimberly; her great grandchildren, Kamryn Wimberly, Kyndall Wimberly, Geonna Jackson and Genesis Jackson; her siblings, Geraldine Jackson (Felton) of Salem, AL, Samuel Wimberly (Janice) of Valley, AL and Henry Lee Thomas of Smiths Station, AL; and her nephew Antonio Wimberly.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 25th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Taylor Funeral Home (1514 5th Ave, Phenix City, AL 36867). A funeral service was held on Saturday, September 26th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Burells Chapel AME Church (639 Lee Rd 276, Cusseta, AL).
