He is survived by: his wife Barbara Culwell; his sisters, Laurie Culwell, Marlinda Balak (Roger) and Carla Sims (Ben); his siblings-in-law, Charles Miller (Rhonda), Terry Miller and Tammy Echols; his parents-in-law, Ray and Doris Wideher; and his uncle Rayburn Lindsey (Julia). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
